PURPOSE: A hinge apparatus and a hinged door having the same are provided to selectively prevent the automatic closing of the door. CONSTITUTION: A hinge apparatus(100) comprises a hinge unit(110) which constitutes a rotary shaft of a door(12) and a closing prevention unit(120) which is provided in the hinge unit and selectively restricts the hinge unit to prevent the closing of the door. The hinge unit comprises a first hinge(111) which is coupled to one of a doorframe(11) and the door and a second hinge(112) which is coupled to the other one. The closing prevention unit comprises a stopper which restricts the relative rotation of the first and second hinges to prevent the closing of the door. |
