摘要 PURPOSE: A real time visual system is provided to increase the accuracy and reliability of automatic supersonic wave inspection. CONSTITUTION: A signal obtaining unit(100) controls a scanner by a motion driver in a computer, generates an ultrasonic wave from an ultrasonic wave probe through an ultrasonic pulser/receiver, and obtains ultrasonic signal data from an inspection target object through an A/D converter in real time. A signal processing unit(200) generates a scan ultrasonic image by applying a signal processing algorithm to an inspection location and the amplitude of an ultrasonic wave signal. A visual tool(300) reconfigures obtained scan ultrasonic data by applying an image processing technique to the scan ultrasonic image to display the defect of the inspection target object.
