PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of high-frequency signals to the outside via a signal line or a power supply line, without using a coil. SOLUTION: The high-frequency device is provided with a high-frequency circuit wherein a high-frequency signal with a specified wavelength is processed in a specified manner, an enclosure wherein the high-frequency circuit is housed as blocked electrically from the outside, and a feed-through capacitor that is penetrated by a power line for supplying electric power to the high-frequency circuit and/or a signal line for transmitting a signal containing no high-frequency signal. The power line and/or the signal line is set to such a length that the distance between the output point of the high-frequency circuit, and the feed-through capacitor can prevent the transmission of the high-frequency signals.
