Novelty: a pulse-type beating device for the harvesting of olives from olive trees or like fruit trees is disclosed. Constitution: the pipe 3 and the motor 1 with the revs reducer 2 both installed on the base of the former; the top shell 8 containing the camshaft 9 which, being rotated by the shaft 4 traversing the tube 3, is meant to transmit the motion of the motor 1 to the interior of the shell 8 and turn the connecting rods 10; said camshaft 9 sets into motion -via the connecting rods 10 and the connectors-articulations 14 allowing the limited linear displacement ensuring the smooth operation of the device throughout the rotation of the camshaft- the propelling arms 11 which are connected to the rods 12 the motion of which supplies vibrations to the beating members 13 causing fruit to fall from trees foliage where said beating members slip in; the aforementioned beating members 13 which seat on the rods 12 are urged by the propelling arms 11 to execute-on each complete rotation of the connecting rods 10- a predefined-arc turn before returning to their initial inert position. |
