PURPOSE: A filler for heat exchange and a cooling tower for preventing white smoke using the same are provided to effectively reduce the inner humidity of a body by mixing wet air with dry air on the upper part of the heat-exchange filler. CONSTITUTION: A filler for heat exchange comprises a first heat-exchange path(161), a second heat-exchange path(165) and a guide member. Cooling water downwardly flows through the first heat-exchange path and external air moves upwardly. The second heat-exchange path is installed adjacent to the first heat-exchange path and moves only the external air upwardly through the second heat-exchange path. The guide member is installed on the upper part of the second heat-exchange path and guides cooling water falling to the upper part of the second heat-exchange path to the first heat-exchange path. The guide member blocks the cooling water from flowing into the second heat-exchange path. |
