<p>PURPOSE: An organic solar cell with the light emitting characteristic and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the organic solar cell efficiency by including a protective layer between a photoactive layer and a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is formed on a substrate. A polymer electrolyte layer(30) is formed on the first electrode. A photoactive layer(40) is formed on the polymer electrolyte layer. A second electrode(50) is formed on the photoactive layer. The photoactive layer includes the light emitting characteristic. A protective layer is formed between the photoactive layer and the second electrode.</p> |
