PURPOSE: A traditional fermented soybean block molding apparatus, and a molding method using thereof are provided to massively produce traditional fermented soybean blocks, and to uniformly maintain the molding condition. CONSTITUTION: A traditional fermented soybean block molding apparatus comprises the following: a molding frame(10) storing fermented soybean blocks; a working stand(20) with the flat upper side for mounting the molding frame; a compressor(30) installed on the upper side of the working stand, for pressing the fermented soybean blocks stored in the molding frame; a bracket(50) formed on the center of a supporter(40); a cylinder(60) installed on the bracket for sliding the compressor; a hydraulic pressure generation device installed on the lower side of the working stand; and a driving footboard(80) controlling the operation of the hydraulic pressure generation device.
