PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a conductive coating layer is provided to improve high temperature heat resistance and moisture resistance, and to minimize bonding resistance in a carbon nanotube network using a semiconductive metal compound. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a conductive coating layer using metal oxide-coated carbon nanotubes includes the steps of: mixing carbon nanotubes with dispersion solvents to prepare carbon nanotube dispersion; adding metal oxide precursors and stabilizers to the carbon nanotube dispersion to prepare a carbon nanotube coating solution in which metal oxides are coated on the surface of the carbon nanotube by hydrophobic interaction between the stabilized metal oxide precursor and carbon nanotube; and applying the carbon nanotube coating solution to a substrate to form a conductive coating layer. |
