<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal linker that can synthesize a nucleic acid bearing a phosphoric acid group at the 3'-terminal, a universal support carrying the linker and a synthesis method of a nucleic acid using the universal support. <P>SOLUTION: The linker for solid phase synthesis of a nucleic acid is composed of a compound represented by the general formula. In the formula, X is a protecting group for a hydroxy group leaving by an acid; L is a linking part to be cut by an alkali; and R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are each independently a hydrogen atom, 1-6C alkyl group, 1-6C alkoxy group, 1-6C alkylamino group or halogen atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
