PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double row roller bearing at low cost, in which an axial dimension of a butted part of an inner ring is reduced to downsize the bearing, and assemblability of a roller and a cage to the inner ring is improved. SOLUTION: A seal device 30 to be mounted on the double row roller bearing includes a seal body 31 arranged on outer circumferences of butted parts 11b, 11b of an inner ring 11 abutted on each other in the axial direction, and a small flange member 32. The small flange member 32 is mounted on each butted part 11b of the inner ring 11 to constitute a small flange part of each inner ring 11, and the seal body 31 is held in the axial direction. The seal body 31 includes a core 33 and an elastic seal part 34 integrated with the core 33. Two first radial lips 34a abutted on the outer circumferential surface of the butted part 11b of each inner ring 11 are formed on an inner circumferential surface of the elastic seal part 34, and tightly attached to the butted part 11b of each inner ring 11 in a state assembled to the inner ring 11.
