The device has a cover plate (10) and a set of joints (12-19), where the device is integrated in a rotating dosage machine and seals a hollow zone (5). Screws are utilized to maintain the cover plate. An opening and a safety valve are provided on a connection i.e. pneumatic connection. A frame supports a turning product tank and an intermediate plate (3), where the intermediate plate supports bearings of a valve.
