The device has a support frame (3) defining an interior opening (4), where the frame is cooperated with other covering elements at external edges by covering. A photovoltaic panel (2) covers the opening, where dimensions of the panel are less than that of the frame. Assembly units (5, 6) connect the panel on the support frame by covering the opening of the support frame in a waterproof manner. Cross-pieces and/or longerons (8) of the frame comprise conformations that are in a form of ribs (9) and/or local waves (10) to cooperate with neighbor covering elements i.e. ribbed plates.
