PURPOSE: Seasoned laver using seasoning sauce or fruit and vegetable syrup, and a producing method thereof are provided to add the seasoning sauce or the fruit and vegetable syrup to laver before adding powder or spices to the laver. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seasoned laver comprises the following steps: spreading seasoning sauce or fruit and vegetable syrup to the surface of dried laver(S100); sprinkling seasoning powder or spices on the spread seasoning sauce or fruit and vegetable syrup(S200); stacking the dried laver into multiple layers, and compressing(S300); drying the multiple layers of laver using a mechanical hot air drying method(S400) or a natural drying method; and roasting the dried laver at 250~350deg C for 10~30seconds(S500). |
