<p>PURPOSE: A soft hot-rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the surface property of a soft hot rolled steel sheet by reduction in yield point elongation and age hardening index. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a soft hot-rolled steel sheet comprises following steps. Slab is homogenized at a temperature of 1050~1150°C. The slab is hot-rolled and finished at a temperature of 800~900°C. The slab is wound at 500~600°C. The soft hot rolled steel sheet comprises C 0.02~0.1wt%, Si 0.01~0.05wt%, Mn 0.1~0.5wt%, Nb 0.01~0.05wt% or Ti 0.01~0.05wt%, Fe, and inevitable impurities.</p> |
