<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance type input device for hardly receiving the influence of any electromagnetic wave noise which tries to intrude from a side opposite to an input operation side even when any substrate for an electromagnetic shield is not added and an electrooptical device with an input device equipped with the capacitance type input device. <P>SOLUTION: In the input panel 2 of a capacitance type input device 1, a first input position detection electrode 211 extended in an X direction and a second input position detection electrode 212 extended in a Y direction are formed of an upper layer side conductive film 4b positioned at an input operation side between a lower layer side conductive film 4a and the upper layer side conductive film 4b, and a relay electrode 215 to which the disconnected part 218a of the second input position detection electrode 212 is electrically connected is formed of the lower layer side conductive film 4a positioned at the side opposite to the input operation side, and a shield electrode 25 in an input region is formed to be overlapped in a plane via an inter-layer insulating film 214 with the first input position detection electrode 211 and the second input position detection electrode 212. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
