<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and large resin sheet molding having irregular patterns on a surface thereon, which has fewer burrs, uniformizes emitted light with excellent transferring property, and has preferable mold releasability from a mold. <P>SOLUTION: A thin resin sheet 5 subjected to cutting and polishing into substantially the same dimension as a mold cavity is charged into the mold cavity which is formed from a pair of thin members 3a, 3b having irregular patterns on at least one face of facing main faces, and a resin sheet holding frame 6 containing one of the pair of the thin members 3a, 3b. Then the thin resin sheet 5 is subjected to heat transfer heating while being fixed in the mold cavity at a low pressure, and the thermally expanded thin resin sheet 5 is compressed into the mold cavity by increasing the pressure immediately before reaching a softening temperature of the resin. The irregular patterns are transferred to the thin resin sheet 5 at a temperature of a rubber-like flat region exceeding a transfer starting temperature and at a pressure suppressing the occurrence of burrs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
