<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable jacket cutter that surely removes a cable jacket, comprising an insulating coating and a metal pipe, by cutting the metal pipe without damaging a cable core at the intermediate part of a cable and is usable for cables having different thicknesses. <P>SOLUTION: The cable jacket cutter has a first roller 40, a second roller 45, and a body part 11 provided between the first and second rollers. The cable jacket cutter is configured to move linearly while sandwiching a cable 100 between the first roller 40 and the second roller 45 so as to cut a cable jacket by a blade 55 of a cutting member 12 provided on the body part 11. The first roller 40 and the second roller respectively have a deep recess.
