METHOD OF MANUFACTURING POLYIMIDE METAL LAMINATED BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polyimide metal laminated board by which the polyimide metal laminated board is simply manufactured at a low cost even by a cast method and occurrence of wrinkle after heat treatment is suppressed even when a metallic foil is made thin.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the polyimide metal laminated board includes: a winding step of winding-up a laminate provided with the metallic foil and a polyimide precursor layer which is applied on the metallic foil and in which the content of a volatile component is adjusted to≤10 wt.% on a cylindrical tube at 30 kgf/cm2tension; and a heat treatment step of charging the laminate wound in the winding step in a heat treatment furnace to imidize the polyimide precursor layer.
