PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply oil to a lubrication required portion when shifted from a parking state to a traveling start state, and to simplify the structure in a vehicle driving device. SOLUTION: In the lubricating structure for the vehicle driving device, a parking lock mechanism including a parking rod, a wedge, a parking pole, a parking gear, and a support member guiding the moving wedge is arranged in a case, and oil in the case is splashed by a gear and is supplied to the lubrication required portion. The support member is arranged in a position in which the splashed oil can be collected, and is formed to be a garter shape having an oil outflow port from which the collected oil flows to the lubrication required portion, and the oil in a prescribed amount is stored in the support member by a plug closing the oil outflow port when a shift lever is in a parking position, and the oil outflow port is opened when the shift lever is operated from the parking position to other positions.
