The block (BO) has a mask (M) defining internal cavities (CL1, CL2) and comprising a front peripheral edge (BP1) delimiting a front opening (OA1) that is in contact with the internal cavities. Each of shields (E1, E2) and the mask constitute a monoblock element, where the element is made of synthetic material such as color crystal polycarbonate. A peripheral edge (BP2) of each shield is integrated to the front peripheral edge of the mask, and allows folding of the shield with respect to the mask until a closing position of the front opening.
