<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunction image forming apparatus, which is easy to perform paper jam processing and is compact. <P>SOLUTION: Inside a housing 2, on a lower stage side, a first paper path 8, on which paper P1 supplied from a first paper feeding tray 5 for toner image formation reaches a first paper ejection section 7 through a first printing section 6, is provided. On the upper side of the first paper path 8, a second paper path, on which paper supplied from a second paper feeding tray for ink image formation reaches a second paper ejection section through a second printing section 31, is provided. In the first paper path, a U-turn path, on which the paper P1 supplied from the first paper feeding tray is fed to the first printing section, is arranged on a front side of the housing. In the second paper path, a U-turn path 34, on which the paper supplied from the second paper feeding tray is fed to the second printing section 31, is arranged on a back side of the housing. On the upper side of the first paper ejection section, the second paper feeding tray, which can be inserted/extracted, is arranged without having a vertical partition wall on the front side of the housing.
