PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening/closing device of a cab in a railroad vehicle having a strong and durable opening/closing mechanism of a window of a driver's seat or a conductor's room, facilitating opening/closing action, and being hard to break down. SOLUTION: A structure of the inside wherein an inner wall is removed is indicated. The window opening/closing device is assembled in a window frame 1a of a door 1, and a glass door 2g is fitted with a window 2 which opens/closes (vertically). A lateral direction guide 3 is fixed on a lower side of a lateral frame 2a provided on the lower side, and a vertical direction guide 4 making the lateral direction guide 3 slide in a vertical direction is provided in the vertical direction of the window frame 1a. A rotation arm 6 is rotatably disposed about an arm fixing shaft 5.
