PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make oil hardly drop on sponge titanium put on a table, even if oil leaks from hydraulic cylinders for driving a cutting blade and the oil supply pipe. SOLUTION: The pair of right and left hydraulic cylinders 8 are arranged at the right and left outside of the table 2 put with the sponge titanium S thereon. As a result, oil is prevented from dropping to the sponge titanium S put on the table 2, even if oil leaks from the hydraulic cylinders 8 for driving the cutting blade 7 and the oil supply pipe.
