<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution protecting a neck from a damage and breakage during transportation and preventing the neck from being damaged and broken by an impact at an arbitrary section. <P>SOLUTION: The vessel contains a storage chamber accepting a filler material, and the neck. The neck contains a discharge passage for the filler material through which the filler material can be quantitatively supplied from the storage chamber. Hence, the filler material is discharged through a discharge opening arranged at the end of the discharge passage. The neck has an axis in a longitudinal direction and a discharge end part. The discharge end includes the discharge opening of the discharge passage, and the discharge opening has the axis in the longitudinal direction. The neck is surrounded by a cushioning element, and the cushioning element thereby has the first end connected to the neck, the second end, and a jacket extending between the first and second ends.
