PURPOSE: A transfer device and a thermal transferring method using the same are provided to deposit organic light emitting materials with low electric energy regardless of the size of a substrate by independently generating joule heat on the divided regions of a metal heating pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first common electrode(103a) is formed on one side of a transfer substrate. A third common electrode(103c) is formed on one side of the transfer substrate. The first common electrode faces a second common electrode(103b). The third common electrode faces a fourth common electrode(103d). The metal heating pattern is formed between the first and second common electrodes and between the third and fourth common electrodes. |
