<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor apparatus and a chip selection method thereof are provided to generate a chip selection signal through an TSV(Through Silicon Via). CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor apparatus and a chip selection method thereof, A plurality of latch units(13,23,33) are arranged in a plurality of chips. The latch unit latches a clock signal and a division signal. The latch unit generates the individual ID signal of a plurality of chips. A plurality of chip select signal generating units(17,27,37) compares an individual ID signal with the main ID signal. The chip select signal generating unit generates a chip select signal activating the chip.</p> |
