<p>PURPOSE: Cold rolled steel with excellent phosphate treatment property is provided to improve phosphate treatment property without the lowering of mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: Cold rolled steel with excellent phosphate treatment property consists of C 0.04~0.10wt%, Mn 1.8~2.5wt%, Si 0.03~0.15wt%, Al 0.01~0.06wt%, P 0.01~0.09wt%, Cu 0-0.25wt%, Sn 0-0.020wt%, Cr 0-0.04wt%, Ni 0-0.05wt%, Nb 0.03~0.05wt%, Ti 0.02~0.04wt%, Fe, and inevitable impurities. The content of P and Mn is controlled within a range to increase hydrogen generation on the surface of a steel board in order to improve phosphate treatment property.</p> |
