PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a lottery with a probability set in advance by securing uniformity by removing bias in random numbers in a game machine equipped with a random number generating means for generating a random number value used in game control. SOLUTION: The random number generator (608) is equipped with an update abnormality detector (608a) for detecting whether an abnormality occurs in a random number updater (608b8) or not and an update state information storage (608b10) where update state information including an update abnormality is stored. A game controller (101) is equipped with a random number value retreating device (Step S621) which obtains a random number value stored and kept by a random number value storage and stores and keeps it and a random number value return device (Steps S23, S604) for storing the random number value stored in the random number value retreating device in the random number value storage when information showing the occurrence of an abnormality in an updater is stored in the update state information storage.
