PURPOSE: A buckle hall switch for a safety belt of a vehicle is provided to simplify a structure since a hall-sensor assembly is fixed to the top of the lower case of a buckle and thus the entire volume of the buckle is decreased. CONSTITUTION: A buckle hall switch for a safety belt of a vehicle comprises a lower case(10), an upper case, an alarm-switch assembly(100), a hall-sensor assembly(200), a magnetic assembly(300), and an ejector(400). The lower case forms the external cover of the buckle of the safety belt. The alarm-switch assembly detects the non-fastening state of the safety belt and transfers information to electronics. The hall-sensor assembly checks the fastening state of a tongue to the buckle using magnetic field and transfers information on the fastening state to the ECU of the vehicle. The magnetic assembly interacts with the hall-sensor assembly in the buckle using magnetic filed.
