PURPOSE: A press roller housing for a belt conveyor, a mold thereof, a press forming method of a roller housing are provided to generate rolling pressure on a steel sheet by the guide of proper movement of the steel sheet and increate the strength of a bearing cup. CONSTITUTION: A press roller housing mold for a belt conveyor comprises a piercing mold(100), a notching mold(200), a forming mold, a shear mold(400), and a sequential feeding press mold. A successive movement press mold successively supplies a slit material steel board(10). The successive movement press mold comprises an extension forming mold(310), a contraction forming mold(320), and a rolling forming mold(330). The extension forming mold molds steel plate material into an extension cup. The contraction forming mold molds the material of the extension cup into a first contraction cup. The rolling forming mold contracts and rolls the material of the first contraction cup into a second contraction cup.
