<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductive heating apparatus which surely detects boil-over and of which cleaning of a top plate is easy. <P>SOLUTION: The inductive heating apparatus has: the top plate 2 to mount a cooking container 1; a heating coil 3 which generates an inductive magnetic field in order to heat the cooking container 1; a heating control section 4 which controls high frequency current supplied to the heating coil 3 and controls heating electric power of the cooking container 1; a plurality of electrodes 5 of the same area arranged on the lower face of the top plate 2; and a capacitance detector 6 to detect changes in capacitance caused in the electrodes 5 by the fact that a cooked object is adhered to the top plate 2. When the changes in capacitance are detected by the capacitance detector 6, the heating power is controlled to be changed by the heating control section 4. By nearly equalizing a wiring length to connect the electrodes 5 and the capacitance detector 6, detection variations in boil-over of respective electrodes can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
