PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an inspection without making water flow into a down pipe in dry type sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment. SOLUTION: The sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment is dry type and pre-operation type equipment including secondary side piping 4 provided with a sprinkler head, an on-off valve 2C provided on the proximal end side of the secondary side piping, a partition valve 21 provided on the secondary side of the on-off valve, and a fire detection means 12C provided inside the same room where the sprinkler head 12 is installed for detecting occurrence of a fire. The secondary side piping 4 is provided with a valve unit 40 (50) for which a plurality of valves 22 and 25 are integrated; and the valve unit 40 includes a piping part 41 connected to the secondary side piping; an automatic water discharge valve 42 connected to the piping part for discharging water inside the secondary side piping; a water discharge pipe part 43 connected to the water discharge port of the automatic water discharge valve; and a test valve 45 connected to the water discharge pipe part and the piping part.
