PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burrs when cutting connection parts between slit holes of a cutout hole to form an opening hole and enhance safety during installation work. SOLUTION: In a plate material including the cutout hole in which the plurality of slit holes 7a-7d are bored beforehand along the contour shape of the opening hole 6 to be formed and an opening hole contour part 9 and an opening hole closing member 10 to be cut off are interconnected via the connection parts 8a-8d remaining between the slit holes 7a-7d, an edge of the slit hole is constituted as a guide for guiding a cutting edge of a tool cutting the connection part to an opening hole contour side corner part 11 at the edge.
