<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for inexpensively and surely reducing a coating loss generated in supplying a coating to a coating cartridge which is attachably/detachably mounted on an electrostatic coating machine, without separately installing a mechanical shutting-off mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: In the coating supply method, a coating is supplied into a coating cartridge 10 by a filling valve 1 which includes: a coating supply route 3 that can communicate with a supply part 11 for supplying a coating into the coating cartridge 10; a branching route 6 that branches from the coating supply route 3 near the communicating part of the supply part 11 and the coating supply route 3; and a trigger valve 9 which is arranged in an upstream portion of the communicating part in the coating supply route 3 and which serves as a stop valve for the coating supply route 3. After a filling liquid 52 is filled into the inside of the branching route 6, the trigger valve (stop valve) 9 is opened, and the coating is supplied into the coating cartridge 10 through the coating supply route 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
