<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of a communication apparatus by eliminating the need for a dedicated clock supply line which is used only for supplying a synchronizing clock. <P>SOLUTION: When a network-side signal of a predetermined frequency containing audio data is received from a digital line network, an interface means generates a synchronizing clock synchronized to the network-side signal, generates a multiplex signal by multiplexing the synchronizing clock and the audio data in the network-side signal, and outputs the multiplexing signal. A transmission line transmits the multiplex signal outputted from the interface means. When the multiplex signal is received via the transmission line, a processing means generates a system clock to be used for a communication apparatus synchronously with the synchronizing clock in the multiplex signal and processes the audio data in the multiplex signal synchronously with the synchronizing clock in the multiplex signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
