摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the brightness of emission light, and to suppress a side lobe and moire interference fringes. <P>SOLUTION: This optical component 8 includes an approximately hemispherical microlens 14 and prism lenses 15 having triangular sections on a first main surface 13a of a substrate 13, respectively. A plurality of the prism lenses 15 are arrayed in one direction. The aspect ratio TL2/TM1 of each height of the prism lens 15 and the microlens 15 is set in a range of 10-90% based on the first main surface 13a. The area ratio of the prism lens 15 to the first main surface 13a is in a range of 25-88% in a plan view.
