PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the deviation of a subject generated in a scan position accompanying deflection of a top plate. SOLUTION: In an X-ray CT apparatus which has the top plate 51 kept on a bed device in a manner to advance and retreat for placing the subject and positions the subject in the scan position of an imaging mount by protruding the top plate 51 from the bed device in the longitudinal direction, a roller 11 is disposed in an upper part of the bed device in the vicinity of an end on the side of protruding the top plate 51 in a manner to make contact with a lower surface of the top plate, and the top plate 51 is configured to have the lower surface with a thickness increasing gradually from the end side to the tail end side in the longitudinal direction relative to the upper surface.
