PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shifter circuit that defines an output level, an integrated circuit device and electronic equipment or the like. SOLUTION: The level shifter circuit 200 receives first and second input signals I1 and I2 output by a first circuit 110 supplied with a first high-potential voltage side power supply VDD1, and outputs an output signal to a second circuit 120 supplied with a second high-potential voltage side power supply VDD2. The level shifter circuit 200 includes: a first conductivity type first transistor T1 mounted between a second output node Q2 and a VSS; and a first conductivity type second transistor T2 mounted between a first output node Q1 and the VSS. The level shifter circuit 200 further includes: a second conductivity type third transistor T3 installed between the VDD2 and the Q2; a second conductivity type fourth transistor T4 installed between the VDD2 and the Q1; and a first conductivity type fifth transistor T5 fitted between the Q1 and the VSS.
