PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component selection program for speeding up an analysis processing. SOLUTION: A computer (component selection device) 1 functions as an operation means 2 and a selection means 3. The operation means 2 operates a feature value which indicates thermos influence with respect to each of a plurality of components placed on a substrate. The feature value is, for example, a value or the like, such as a value including density, specific heat, and volume of a component.
