<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser which is simply constructed as a dispenser for a vessel containing a material to be discharged, can be easily handled and can exactly reproduce an extrusion amount of an extruded material in the whole extrusion process of the vessel. <P>SOLUTION: The dispenser for the vessel (6) containing the material has a containing space (12) for the vessel (6), at least one rack (13) slidable to the containing space (12), a motor (21) moving the rack (13), an operation element (26) generating a control signal in case of operation, and a control unit (31) controlling the motor (21). The control unit (31) has an output assembly (32) connecting the motor (21) to a power supply part (19), and a separate signal input part (33) electrically connected to the operation element (26).
