<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-hydraulic actuator capable of automatically changing the load state for actuating a hydraulic cylinder and a free state for freely expanding/contracting the hydraulic cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-hydraulic actuator 1 includes a hydraulic pump 2 to be driven by an electric motor 9, and a hydraulic cylinder 3 to be expanded/contracted by the working fluid to be discharged from the hydraulic pump 2, and further includes a pump suction flow throttle 15 for imparting the resistance to the working fluid to be discharged from the hydraulic pump 2, a pump discharge side communication passage 17 to be communicated with the discharge side of the hydraulic pump 2, a tank side communication passage 18 to be communicated with a tank 10 side, and a selector valve 4 for opening/closing a space between the pump discharge side communication passage 17 and the tank side communication passage 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
