PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a rolling sleeve roll using a horizontal type centrifugal casting method is provided to manufacture a rolling sleeve with high quality roll by preventing non-uniform coagulation and exfoliation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a rolling sleeve roll using a horizontal type centrifugal casting method is as follows. The rotation speed of a mold is gradually increased(S1). An outer layer material is put into the mold, and an outer layer is formed by rotating the mold with first rotation speed. An inner layer material is put into the mold, and the mold is rotated with second rotation speed. The mold is rotated with third rotation speed, and then an inner layer is formed by rotating the mold with fourth rotation speed.
