<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sight line direction estimating device for tracking a sight line in real time based on image information photographed by one camera. <P>SOLUTION: In the sight line direction estimating device, a relative relation specifying part 5614 acquires preliminarily a calibrating image photographed by a monocular camera 30 in a state that a human being looks at the monocular camera 30, and specifies a relative three-dimensional positional relation between a plurality of feature points within a face area. An eyeball center estimating part 5616 detects projection positions of the plurality of feature points within an objective image area photographed by the monocular camera 30, and estimates a projection position of the human eyeball center based on the specified relative three-dimensional positional relation.
