PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction or prevent working medium from mixing into a treated material by preventing the treated material from being deposited on the cylinder rod of a cylinder device in the scraper of a centrifugal separator. SOLUTION: In a scraper device 10 equipped with a scraper 16 which scrapes a solid deposited on a basket 4 internal spherical surface of the centrifugal separator, a substrate 2 of the centrifugal separator includes the cylinder device 11 which is retractable along a central axis C substantially parallel to a rotating axis O of the basket 4, and a rotation means for rotating the cylinder device 11 around the central axis C. The cylinder device 11 includes a cylinder and a cylinder rod inserted into the cylinder. Out of them, the cylinder rod is supported on the substrate 2 rotatable by the rotating means.
