PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing scum in which the clogging of a pore part for jetting air from an air jetting means along a wall surface of the side where the scum of the wall surface forming a scum intake port flows can be prevented when a part of the scum intake port of a scum discharge mechanism is submerged and the scum is allowed to flow into the scum intake port upon scum discharge. SOLUTION: The air jetting means includes: a pipe material 21 ranging to a supply source of compressed air; a bowl-like body 22 disposed on the pipe material 21 such that an opening part faces downward; and the pore part 26 which communicates the inside of the pipe material which is disposed on a joint part between the pipe material 21 and the bowl-like body 22, with the inside of the bowl-like body.
