The arrangement has C-shaped soft-magnetic rails (Ls1, Ls2) lying opposite to an excitation part (ET) at gap regions. Dimensioning of excitation magnets (M) is carried out according to regulation of flux concentration. Field densities lay close to remanence induction of a magnetic material. Vertical restoring force serves as carrier force to stabilize pivoting movement when lateral stabilization takes place, where the parts of the excitation arrangement are deflected by external control process to obtain required position correction of the excitation part using varied field densities.
