The device has two scales (1) connected with each other by a base frame. Lifting or press plates of the scales are arranged adjacent to each other on a horizontal level. Additional plates are attached relative to both scales with the lifting/press plates. The additional plates consist of an upper stand plate (2) and a lower base plate (3). The stand- and base plates are connected in a movable manner via a rotary joint (4) or hinge in vertex of an angle. The vertex of the angle is found at a side of the stand- and base plates, in which toe of a person to be measured, is indicated.
