<p>The pivotable vacuum casting plant comprises a melting crucible for the production of polyalloyed jewellery object, and a heating cell (20) that is arranged near to the melting crucible and is equipped with a graphite-mold core (20.1) in the interior and with a graphite-heat core (20.2), which surrounds a cooling coil (20.3). The cooling coil is surrounded again by an insulation body (20.4) and an electric heating coil (20.5) is present as radiation heat source in the internal edge of the insulation body. A further insulation body is arranged as cover and base within the graphite-heat core. The pivotable vacuum casting plant comprises a melting crucible for the production of polyalloyed jewellery object, and a heating cell (20) that is arranged near to the melting crucible and is equipped with a graphite-mold core (20.1) in the interior and with a graphite-heat core (20.2), which surrounds a cooling coil (20.3). The cooling coil is surrounded again by an insulation body (20.4) and an electric heating coil (20.5) is present as radiation heat source in the internal edge of the insulation body. A further insulation body is arranged as cover and base within the graphite-heat core up to external edge of the insulation body, without heating coil, and a filling cone (20.6) is provided with a connection to the graphite-mold core in the cover of the insulation body. The filling cone lies with its filling opening in outfeed direction of the melting crucible. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of a polyalloyed jewellery object using pivotable vacuum casting plant.</p> |
