Provided are a method for producing a plastic lens and an injection compression molding apparatus used for the method. In the method, upon molding a plurality of plastic lenses having different optical surface shapes at the same time with one molding die (50), cavities (3a, 3b) are designed so that each of the plastic lenses to be molded has the same volume. Thereby, the plurality of plastic lenses having different optical surface shapes can be molded at the same time by one molding die without reducing the molding accuracy.
