<p>A worm assembling method comprises the following steps: a. a rotor shaft (21) is installed on a motor, and a group of ribs (221-224) are processed along the axial direction at the transmission end (212) of the rotor shaft that axially extends out of the motor; b. another groups of ribs (225-228) are processed along the axial direction on the rotor shaft with a certain staggered axial distance to the previous processed group of ribs (221-224); c. the step b is repeated according to technical requirements, so that another group of ribs are processed along the axial direction with a certain staggered axial distance to the previous processed group of ribs every time; d. the worm is sleeved on the rotor shaft and pressed on the ribs of the rotor shaft. Because the ribs are divided into multiple groups and arranged in a staggered manner on the rotor shaft along the axial direction, one end of the worm body is firstly subjected to the axial push effect of the first group of ribs when the worm is begun to press, and the first group of ribs exert a radial restrict force on the worm when the worm is pressed at the second group of ribs. The method can be used to uniformly guide the force while pressing the worm, thus ensuring rotary precision after assembling the worm.</p> |
